Each asset in the CREcoin portfolio is held within a bankruptcy-remote Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), ensuring that title ownership is legally isolated and protected for the benefit of token holders.

The core value proposition centers on programmatic value accrual. Net Operating Income (NOI) generated by the physical properties is utilized for systematic open-market buybacks of the $CREC token. All repurchased tokens are permanently burned, reducing the circulating supply relative to a growing asset base. This deflationary mechanism ensures that token scarcity is tethered to the real-world performance of the underlying real estate portfolio.
